A seasoned venue manager,  Marina specializes in strategic planning and client relations. She leads a dynamic team dedicated to delivering seamless event experiences.

Marina’s expertise lies in optimizing venue operations, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. Her leadership ensures that each venue under management provides exceptional service to clients.

Beyond venue management, Marina's passion is in event curation.
A nomadic upbringing as part of a family of international artists and designers shaped Marina’s  aesthetic and eye for experience. Since graduating UCSB, she has curated a number of immersive public events in Santa Barbara and beyond including large concerts, film festivals, wellness retreats, corporate and brand events, and more. She is the founder of Sandala Experiences, which hosts a monthly curated party in unique venues and on the water as part of mini boat festival series, AquaFête.
