ABOUT OUR EMPANADAS
At Buena Onda we are dedicated to quality and true to tradition, offering authentic Argentinian empanadas handmade and freshly baked from our oven to your table. As a family owned and operated business, we take pride in creating a flavorful taste that is both foreign and familiar. With respect to our ingredients, we use only grass-fed, free-range poultry, and locally sourced produce to ensure that our commitment to quality can be tasted in every bite. Inspired in South America and desired in Santa Barbara, Buena Onda is honored to represent its old country in its new community. (our mother says we’re the best restaurant in Santa Barbara)

• Homemade Guacamole with fresh corn tortilla chips
• Fresh french baguette with chimichirri sauce and salsa criolla
• Crudités - crisp vegetables and organic hummus.
• Cucumber medallions, salmon rillette, lemon zest, chives
• Fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, basil, balsamic reduction
• Spinach artichoke spread served in mini crispy tarts
• Choripan - grilled argentine pork sausage, served on baguette with chimichurri
• Tostadita de ceviche Peruano, white local fish, onions, cucumber, avocado, cilantro, citrus served on mini tortilla chips

• Carne - Sunfed grass-fed ground beef, olives, onions and hardboiled egg.
• Pollo - Pulled free-range Mary’s chicken, onions and peppers.• Prosciutto - Mozzarella, arugula, garlic and olive oil.
• Bondi - Draughtsmen beer braised pork, bell peppers, caramelized red onions
• Gaucho - Beef brisket, potatoes, tomatoes and onions
❖VEGETARIAN
• Caprese - Mozzarella, tomato, basil and extra virgin olive oil.
• Quinoa - Organic red quinoa, goat cheese and spinach.
• Hongos - Crimini Mushrooms, organic spinach, caramelized red onions, mozzarella.
• Humita - Shaved white corn, caramelized onions, cream
• Suiza - Organic swiss chard, kale, leeks, brie and sage
❖VEGAN - Organic red quinoa, vegan cream cheese, peppers and spinach
• GF - Gluten Free - vegetarian or meat (Not available vegan) $2.50 /each(minimum 50 /flavor)
• Mini appetizer empanadas (about 1/3 of regular size - great for cocktail)

• House - organic mixed greens red onions, cherry tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, feta cheese, balsamic vinaigrette.
• Caesar - Romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, parmesan, caesar dressing
• Chimi papas - oven roasted potatoes, chimichurri, aioli, parsley.
• Organic Kale - Apples, shallots and roasted pepitas, red wine vinaigrette.
• Arugula - purple kale, cauliflower, cranberries, balsamic vinaigrette.
• Potato salad - red potatoes, onion, celery, homemade mayo.
• Rucula - Arugula, red quinoa, avocado, pomegranate seeds, hibiscus vinaigrette.
• Grilled farmers market vegetables medley (platter or skewer)
Sweets & Dessert
• Chocolate chip cookies or GF peanut butter chocolate cookie
• Double chocolate brownies
• Alfajores - Shortbread cookie sandwich, filled with dulce de leche and coconut
• Flan Casero - Classic custard flan served with cream and dulce de leche 4 of 6
• Panqueques - crepes filled with dulce de leche, topped with fresh berries
• Membrillo (quince), manchego cheese - platter serves 30
